We are an independent documentary studio based in Johor, Malaysia. We make films about people, places, culture and the stories that often go unnoticed. We are drawn to the details of everyday life — the people behind a place, the communities that quietly shape it, and the moments that may seem ordinary but often reveal something deeper about where we come from and how we live.

Some stories are loud and immediately demand attention. Others take time to reveal themselves. We are often drawn to the latter — the people who have spent decades in the same place, the families carrying on traditions, the small businesses adapting to a changing world, and the communities quietly evolving around them. These stories may not always seem significant at first, but they can hold something much larger about a place, its people and the time they live in.

We believe some stories are worth slowing down for — to observe, to listen, and to remember. Documentary, to us, is not simply about recording what happens in front of a camera. It is about spending time with people and places, understanding what exists beneath the surface, and allowing a story to unfold naturally rather than forcing it into a predetermined shape.

Because people change. Places change. Memories disappear. And sometimes the things that seem ordinary today become the things we wish we had documented tomorrow.
